Return and refund policy

2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
📌 The return request must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
📌 Equipment must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
📌 The original invoice and payment receipt must be presented.
📌 Items must be returned in a clean, undamaged and fully resalable condition.
❌ 3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
📌 Any item that has been used, modified or installed.
📌 Electrical or mechanical equipment once connected to power or fuel.
📌 Custom-made equipment or items ordered upon special request.
📌 Items damaged by mishandling, poor storage or unauthorized repairs.
📌 Clearance sale, discounted or promotional items.
🔁 4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
📌 Delivery of an incorrect product (not matching invoice or order).
📌 Manufacturer defect reported within 48 hours of delivery.
📌 Proof must be submitted via photos or video for verification.
📌 The exchanged item must be returned in its original, intact condition.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds apply in these cases:
☑ Orders cancelled before dispatch or shipping.
☑ Accepted returns that meet the criteria above.
☑ Refunds are made to the original payment method within 30 days.
☑ A restocking or processing fee (up to 30%) may be applied where applicable.
☑ Delivery, courier or handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Return Process

2. Provide your order number, invoice, and evidence (photos/videos) if the item is faulty.
3. We will verify your request and issue a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
4. Return the item to the designated location or via approved courier—cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless due to our error.

☑ Returns without prior approval or unauthorized delivery will be rejected.
☑ Packages sent without a Return Authorization Code may be declined.
☑ Always inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours.
