Cadeda Farm Equipment is a supplier of agricultural and industrial machinery and equipment in Kenya. We sell both online and through physical locations and offer nationwide delivery via third-party couriers.
2. Eligibility
To place an order, you must:

3. Orders & Payments
1. Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone, email or in person.
2. Full payment is required before dispatch, processing or pickup of any item.
3. We do not offer “payment after delivery” options under any circumstance.
4. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may be subject to change without notice.
5. All payments should be made only to official Cadeda Farm Equipment accounts or till numbers as specified in your invoice.
6. Physical purchases are highly recommended for customers who prefer to verify the product in person before payment.
4. Business Hours & Appointments
1. Our official business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
2. No transactions are processed outside these hours, including weekends and public holidays.
3. Product viewings are strictly by appointment. Please book in advance to allow us to schedule time with our expert or technical team during your visit.
5. Product Availability & Specifications
1. Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and offer suitable alternatives.
2. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications, slight variations may occur due to manufacturer updates or supply changes.
6. Shipping & Delivery
1. We deliver nationwide through third-party courier services such as G4S, Wells Fargo, Ena Coach, North Rift, Classic, Nuclear and Lake Land.
2. Delivery charges and times depend on your location and the courier used.
3. Cadeda Farm Equipments is not liable for damages, delays or losses during shipping by third-party providers.
7. Returns & Refunds

8. Warranty & After-Sales Support
1. Selected products come with limited manufacturer warranties (where applicable).
2. We also offer training, guidance and spare part support—please inquire upon purchase.
Note: Avoid operating any equipment without first receiving proper guidance or instructions.

All content, images, logos and materials on our platforms are the property of Cadeda Farm Equipments and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cadeda Farm Equipments shall not be liable for:
